This beautiful handmade sugar bowl was made by throwing stoneware clay on the pottery wheel. Finished with a beautifully glossy white glaze inside and out with a subtle ring of egg shell blue around the base.

After leaving a full-time, high pressured job, Richelle had a desire to create simple items with clay. Playing with air-drying clay a few years ago satisfied the desire for a while but as it resurfaced, creating with clay seemed to be the perfect solution to the situation she found herself in.
