PROJECT BRIEF
Finishes fixtures and furniture layout and styling consultation on 2Bed, 1Bath industrial style apartment in Kingston, Canberra. Bed 2 will be turned into a guest room/nursery. Alteration of some finishes in living and bedroom.

Wall Colour: Off-White
Flooring: Tile in living/2nd bed, Floating floorboards in master bedroom/entryway
Kitchen Style: Industrial
Kitchen Cabinet Colour: metal exposed lower cabinetry/sink, charcoal handleless upper cabinetry

TAN COUCH OPTION
These renderings have a tan couch to match the brick wall. I've done blonde wood floating shelves, but they could easily have brackets as well. I left the custom shelf images in at the end for comparison.
GREY COUCH OPTION
These images have a grey couch and cooler colours for comparison.
BRICK WALL CORNER
Here is the brick wall with a console table arrangement. You could also have a filled console with storage underneath. I've left the study desk image on the end for comparison or future reference.
